Your Guide to Time Away

PTO (Paid Time Off)

PTO is for non-salaried, hourly U.S. employees eligible for overtime. Accrual varies by service length (up to 120-160 hours/year for full-time; part-time accrues half). Includes six standard holidays and four flexible holidays. PTO may be paid out upon separation.

FTO (Flexible Time Off)

FTO is for salaried, exempt, full-time U.S. employees. There is no accrual or payout; FTO is based on trust and professionalism to balance personal and work needs while meeting business demands.

Pay & Bonus Breakdown

Compensation

Your compensation is an important part of the rewards you earn as a Perficient colleague. We are committed to providing a fair and competitive compensation program that attracts, retains and rewards high-performing employees at all levels. We strive to ensure that our compensation is competitive with leading IT consulting firms in the markets in which we operate.

Consulting Colleague Bonus

The Consulting Colleague Bonus Plan (a.k.a. Billable Bonus) rewards full-time consultants who meet or exceed utilization goals during a set bonus period. The plan has two components. The first component is based on individual utilization during the bonus period. Consultants who meet or exceed the utilization targets outlined in the official bonus plan documentation are eligible for a reward. The higher your billable hours, the greater your bonus opportunity. The second component is discretionary and rewards consultants for exceptional performance and outcomes on projects that support the business.
